Minute 1 - Chanel Vitalumière Aqua is a lightweight base that blends quickly and seamlessly into the skin. I find the quickest application method is with the Real Techniques Buffing Brush. It has light coverage but just enough to disguise any redness or problem areas. It also looks natural on the skin. I woke up looking like this, right?
Minute 2 - Conceal under the eyes and on any blemishes with a multi-tasking concealer. The Nars Creamy Concealer works well on all problem areas of the face. It also has great coverage and longevity meaning you can feel confident during the day.
Minute 3 - Define and shape the brows in one easy step. Benefit Gimme Brow adds some thickness and colour, whilst taming any stray hairs. For me this product does just enough but without taking too much time to apply.
Minute 4 - Perk up your complexion with some colour. The Stila Convertible Colours can be used on the cheeks and lips. The creamy formula wears well on the cheeks and feels comfortable on the lips.
Minute 5 - Mascara is a quick and easy way to open the eyes up and make them appear larger. I've really been enjoying the Essence Lash Mania mascara for the perfect balance of length and volume. The shape of the wand allows easy access and application to your outer lashes.
What quick, multi-tasking products do you enjoy using of a morning?

For your base choose a foundation with buildable coverage and a natural glow. YSL le teint touché éclat foundation fits the mould perfectly. I personally am a huge fan of the foundation. The packaging is divine, it has a pump, and there's a great shade range. It is scented though which is important to consider if you have sensitive skin. Most of you will want to mattify your t-zone and the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder does exactly what it says. The translucent shade won't add any extra coverage or cake up on the skin, making it a perfect addition to your base makeup. To conceal and brighten under the eyes Bare Minerals Well-Rested Eye Brightener can be used alone or to set your concealer. The mineral powder is finely milled ensuring a fresh and bright-eyed effect.
The Lorac Pro Palette is incredibly versatile and will hold you in good stead for any occasion. The top row is matte and the bottom row is shimmer. My only gripe is how difficult this palette is to get a hold of! For a full but natural looking brow the Benefit Gimme Brow in the shade light/medium is the ideal product. This product adds thickness and tint to the brows without making them look overdone or fake. The tiny brush also makes application precise and easy. To finish the look, choose Chantecaille Brilliant Gloss in 'Lucky' which has quickly become my favourite lipgloss. Perfect alone or on top of other lipsticks, this lipgloss adds a little colour and shine making your lips appear larger and fuller. The colour and formula is somehow unique and would be a perfect addition to any makeup bag.
My blogging schedule will now be Wednesday and Sunday only as my previous schedule was a little too ambitious with full-time work.
